• 20 sit ups
• 20 squats

Endurance:
30-20-10 of
• Double unders
• Thai sprawls
• Pull ups

Work capacity:
Tabata X 6 rounds
(2 times in each station)

• Battle rope (H.I.R.T.S)
• Ground & Pound
• Wall walks (gladiator wall – back arch)
