Warm up:
800m run
50 pass throughs w/ PVC
Stamina:
10-20-30-20-10
• Power Snatch w/ Bulgarian Bag
• Arm Throws w/ Bulgarian Bag
• Wipers w/ PVC
• Medicine ball push ups
Work capacity:
3 X 3 minute rounds with 1 minute rest in between rounds
