Warm up:

Bulgarian Bag Complex

Durability:

10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1

• Tire flips
• Sledge hammer
• H.I.R.T.S Sprints – a.k.a Burroughs
• Roundhouse kicks

Work capacity:

Complete as many reps as possible in 5 minutes.
