Today’s FitQuest workout is a mixture of strength and speed which equals power.

 

Warm up:

Bulgarian Bag Complex X2 rounds (5min round)

  • Spins
  • Arm throws
  • Power snatch
  • Swing squat
  • Mountain climbers
Strength: 
3 rep max Power Snatch
3-3-3-3-3

Work Capacity:

Q.U.E.S.T # 2

Complete 5 H.I.R.T.S sprints in 30 seconds, rest 30 seconds and complete as many times as possible until failure.
