FitQuest WOD 10/2/12

Warm up:
3 X 3 min rounds
Round 1 – Striking
Round 2 – Dirty Boxing (use dummy)
Round 3 – Ground & Pound (use dummy)
Endurance:
For time, using your body weight in pounds as a guide, complete as many front squats as you weigh with a Bulgarian bag, without putting the bag down.
For example: if you weigh 150lbs, you would complete 150 front squats with the Bulgarian bag.
*Penalty for putting the bag down is a 1 mile run.
