Team Quest MMA – FitQuest WOD 10/3/12

Today’s FitQuest workout is

    Warm up:

“Old School”

5 minutes of Jump rope + 5 mins on heavy bag – boxing.

    Speed:

“Death by Suicides”

Complete 40m sprint on the minute every minute for as many minutes as possible.

For example:
1st minute – 1 sprint
2nd minute – 2 sprints
3rd minute – 3 sprints

    Work Capacity:

“Pentagon”

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes.

• 5 Toes 2 Bar
• 5 Get Ups with Combat Bag
• 5 Wall Walks
• 5 Throws
• 5 Power Snatch
