Today’s workout is a great one. Coach Ivan Ivanov developed the H.I.R.T.S (High Intensity Resistance Training System) to develop explosiveness, speed, agility & power.

Using the Suples H.I.R.T.S athletes of all levels will be able to better their skills with this state of the art resistance training system. Have fun & go hard!

(rotate on the minute, each minute with one minute rest between rounds)
