Warrior style warm up with the boxing circuit, embrace your inner rocky and knock the bag around for awhile.

Today’s workout is strength based, be smart, lift heavy but know when to stop and rest. Don’t be that guy, we all know that guy…he sucks.

boxing circuit – 3x 3 minute rounds on the heavy bag.

Strength: 3 rep max O.H. squat

Work capacity: 1 mile run
