ROCKWOOD PREP AFTERSCHOOL MARTIAL ARTS PROGRAM

Team Quest partners with Rockwood Prep Academy to offer a structured afterschool program throughout the school year. Students are picked up directly from school, given time to enjoy their packed after‑school snack, play games, and settle in before class.

At 4:00 PM we begin our martial arts session, focusing on confidence building, Jiu Jitsu, boxing, grappling, and MMA fundamentals. It’s a safe, positive environment designed to help kids grow, stay active, and build skills that carry beyond the gym.

The program is broken up by Tuff Tykes (ages 8-12) and Tuff Tots (ages 5-7). TUFF TOTS is currently at capacity. Please use the form below to be put on our waitlist.
