The Combat Fitness class is a 45 minute cardio blitz designed to give people of all fitness levels a great workout. This class utilizes components of kickboxing, boxing & MMA skills and dynamic conditioning drills using combat principles. Combat fitness is perfect for beginners or those looking to shake out the ring rust and get back into fighting shape.

Kickboxing is a mixture of several techniques employed in the rest of the forms of martial arts. Referred to as the “science of 8 limbs” simply because almost all parts of the body are employed during the fight. The forehead, the fists, elbows, knees, and feet are often used as the weapons. It has been around for more than 2000 years and is basically regarded as the oldest variant of martial arts.
This class is offered at the beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. The class is typically 1 hour long and involves pad work using focus mitts, Thai pads, kick shields and heavy bags. This training program is designed to teach students striking combos through our numbering system. A full body workout, this class will get you in shape fast.
The kids martial arts classes at Team Quest are great for kids ages 5-11. Our kids martial arts program allows students to learn skills in MMA, Jiu Jitsu, Kickboxing, Boxing & Wrestling. If your child is looking for a change from regular sports, then this is it. The Team Quest kids martial arts program empowers kids through Martial Arts to become confident, focused, self disciplined and respectful to others.
The kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes are structured to allow kids of all experience and skill levels to learn the martial art of BJJ (Brazilian Jiu Jitsu). Separated by age and size in the class allows the kids to train with other children who can help push them to succeed as well as learn how to defend themselves from opponents with the use of the gi. The kids Jiu Jitsu classes require a gi (kimono) to ensure the use of proper technique and give your child a realistic feel of wrestling in real life situations as we typically wear clothing while in self defense situations.
The teen MMA program at Team Quest is specifically designed for teens ages 12-17. This class teaches students skills in Jiu Jitsu, Kickboxing, Wrestling, Submission Wrestling, Clinch fighting, Dirty Boxing as well as incorporating strength and conditioning.
This hour long class is offered three days a week, Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 5pm.
This program is for teens ages 12-17 years old that allows students to learn skills in MMA, Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Boxing, Wrestling, Submission Wrestling & Dirty Boxing. The Team Quest T.U.F.F program empowers teens through Martial Arts to become focused, self disciplined and respectful to others.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu emphasizes taking an opponent to the ground and utilizing ground fighting techniques and submission holds involving joint-locks and choke holds also found in numerous other arts with or without ground fighting emphasis. The premise is that most of the advantage of a larger, stronger opponent comes from superior reach and more powerful strikes, both of which are somewhat negated when grappling on the ground.

Team Quest is world renowned for providing world class coaching in Submission Wrestling & for over a decade has produced some of the top grapplers in the world who compete at some of the highest levels of mixed martial arts and jiu-jitsu competition.
Submission wrestling (also known as submission fighting or simply as No-Gi) or Combat wrestling in Japan, is a formula of competition and a general term describing the aspect of martial arts and combat sports that focus on clinch and ground fighting with the aim of obtaining a submission using submission holds.
Students will often work with partners to practice submission holds and work at a drill pace to sharpen their take downs & submission skills. Learn how to grapple with our no-gi submission wrestling techniques that have been proven at the highest levels of competition from world class & olympic level wrestlers.
