WHAT IS FITQUEST?
FitQuest is a strength & conditioning program that uses Mixed Martial Arts (M.M.A) training in conjunction with running, Olympic lifting and basic gymnastic and body weight movements.
FitQuest is set in a unique team environment that helps build and develop mental toughness through physical training, guided by character disciplines such as honor, responsibility, courage, leadership and integrity with mentally and physically taxing workouts.
