TEAM QUEST RULES & GUIDELINES

All gym members, parents and non-members must abide by regulations.

To train at Team Quest, gym membership dues must be current.

At Team Quest we aim to provide the ideal learning and training environment for all our students, balancing the creative, social, modern aspects of MMA with the culture and discipline of traditional martial arts.

Please read carefully through the following guidelines. Although these rules may seem formal, they are in place to help instill a sense of respect, discipline necessary in martial arts training and if taken lightly could cause injury.

1)  Team Quest Training Center is a drug/alcohol/Smoke free environment. Anyone under the influence will be asked to leave.

2)  You must wear the required uniform, a clean Team Quest T-shirt or rash guard to each class.

3)  Please bring your own water bottle to class. We have a purified water source to refill your personal container. Water bottles are available for sale in our pro-shop.

4)  If you have any cuts, scrapes or injuries please take care of it before each session. Should you incur an injury while training, our staff has been C.P.R. and First Aid certified by the American Red Cross.

5)  Please honor yourself and your teammates by arriving to each session on time, odor free, wearing clean clothes that are free of holes, zippers, buttons and/or pockets.

6)  Team Quest has installed private showers in the men’s and women’s bathrooms for your convenience. Please bring your own towel and clean clothes to leave in, as this helps ensure proper hygiene and a clean gym atmosphere.

7)  Children must remain supervised. Children under the age of 13 must not be left unattended at any time. We fully support a family atmosphere at Team Quest but must enforce strict safety protocol.

8)  No Foul Language. Respect your gym, coaches, and teammates by refraining from swearing in sessions and around the gym.

9)  Do NOT leave gear lying around and pick up after yourselves. keep walkways clear for everyone’s safety. We provide shelves for you to place your gear. Our lost and Found box is emptied every Thursday night so check often for missing gear.

10) Have fun! Mixed Martial Arts offers a unique challenge that may seem overwhelming at times. Here at Team Quest, we are internationally recognized for providing a supportive environment where our students can work together in achieving their goals. Please remember, if you are having a bad day, maybe it is because your teammates are having an exceptionally good day!
