Prepare for the upcoming tournament season with a friendly in-house tournament with your teammates and a fun mini-seminar on tournament prep. We’ll cover warm-up and cool-down protocols, training and mental preparation. You won’t want to miss this!
This tournament will follow IBJJF rules and will use a Madison Bracket system. All competitors must be current Team Quest members and must register below to compete!
